Are you a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, active environment?

We are looking for individuals with an interest in the Leisure Industry/leisure pursuits (especially climbing) to work as flexible, Team Members.

You will assist with the day to day running of a customer-focused indoor leisure facility, under the direction of the Centre Management Team. You will be trained to work across our Café, Arena and Reception areas, as well as assisting in the running of parties and group bookings. A flexible approach to working is therefore of importance.

This is an opportunity to be part of the team establishing a new exciting concept in indoor leisure in retail and high footfall environments. Rock Up combines a fun and challenging climbing experience with soft play and a high-quality café serving home cooked food. Rock Up is a destination for the whole family. You will be responsible for ensuring that all business operations are effective with the purpose of producing value for the company.

We are looking for:
Experience gained in the leisure/outdoor industry.

Prepared to work in and learn all aspects of the business.

Exceptional customer service and engagement skills.

The ability to increase sales.

Ability to follow and apply the company operational systems, processes and policies.

Good IT skills

An outgoing and enthusiastic personality and a positive attitude.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous climbing experience and qualifications desirable but not essential.

Must be able to work well within a team.
