Salary: £23,168 + Company Bonus

At our UK engineering and manufacturing facility in Plymouth Devon, Rittal-CSM is currently looking for a Quality Engineering Intern to join our busy team.

Reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, the responsibilities of this role include:

• Assisting with FAI requirements.
• Aid in the product and process validation
• Carrying out and facilitating Customer Complaints system and analysis.
• Carrying out non-conformance / root-cause analysis, implementation, and verification of permanent corrective actions.
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Continuous improvement projects.
• Conducting product, process audits
• Capability studies along with ISIR’s and utilising measuring techniques.

Qualifications and experience:

• Studying an engineering degree or similar.
• Understanding of ISO 9004:2015
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
• Understanding of SPC, AQP and PPAP process.
• Desirable experience or knowledge of DFMEA & PFMEA.
