Position Overview & Specifications

Rightdose Pharmacy is a national pharmacy chain based in the UK, with a state of the art head office based in Glasgow.

In 2019 Rightdose launched its technologically advanced Pouch Service, simplifying the process of taking the right medications at the right time to patients throughout Scotland and England.

Our Customer Services team in Glasgow are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for patient queries via inbound calls and emails
  • Liaise with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure prescriptions are received on time for processing and delivery
  • Work with the in-house Dispensing team and Pharmacists to escalate patient concerns and ensure they are handled efficiently
  • Supporting the Pouch Registration Team when required to complete patient registrations
  • Working on our internal CRM system to ensure patient communication is handled correctly and records are kept up to date.

  • Have experience in working in a similar customer services/administration role
  • Be passionate in providing the best in class service to all patients
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work towards your KPI's and goals as set by your line manager
  • Be flexible in supporting the business and be forward thinking.

Pharmacy experience is desirable however, it is not required in order to be considered and successful in this role.

The position is:

  • Full time: 40 hours a week
  • 5 days per week: Monday-Saturday
  • Rate negotiable for the right candidate
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.70-£9.80 per hour
