Position Overview & Specifications

Ride Shotgun is a bit different. Not only are we one of the fastest growing strategic brand, activation and production agencies in the UK but we think big, go big creatively and deliver big in production to deliver fully joined-up brand journeys for clients of all shapes and sizes.

We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our Sheffield team. Working closely with our internal teams you’ll be comfortable working with big brands to support day-to-day management of resourcing projects.

The successful candidate will work as part of a wider team to provide support for our Resource Manager. You will work closely with our Client Services, Creative and Production teams to ensure all projects are scheduled and transition through the agency with maximum efficiency.

The role

● Assign tasks and projects to appropriate teams and individuals, ensuring that all deadlines are met;

● Monitor projects where required and communicate any changes or issues to the appropriate person(s);

● Support the team on a daily basis with any ad hoc tasks;

● Provide practical and efficient solutions where resourcing and scheduling issues arise;

● Build relationships and coordinate the booking of both new and existing freelancers;

● Work closely with the wider creative, client services and productions teams to ensure that all project expectations are delivered and met;

● Schedule work using our existing project management systems;

● Future planning and have input into future forecasting;

● Be responsible for onboarding freelancers and any associated administration;

Requirements

● Previous experience in a similar role

● Experience in managing projects, planning or working within a creative agency desirable;

● Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time;

● Commercially astute

● Team player

● Good communicator/Relationship builder

● Cool under pressure

● Positive, motivated, passionate
