We are now looking for Waiters and Waitresses to join our team across all our venues within Sky Garden.

From the moment our guests enter the building – whether it be to take admire the skyline or experience the pinnacle of Fine Dining – we aim to create moments as memorable as the view and we want you to be part of them.

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection provides our guests with service over 3 distinct areas, allowing us to accommodate to all levels of skill. Where will you fit into our teams at Sky Garden?

The “Raw Talent”

If you’ve recently started your Front of House career, but have the personality, enthusiasm and attitude to strive for development, then our Bars team will give you the opportunity to learn and progress. With the consistent flow of guests throughout the day, our bars’ operations will give you the scope to engage with guests from early morning coffees to late night cocktails.

The “Experienced”

For those with more experience as Waiting staff, our busy Brasserie will certainly provide you with a rewarding challenge. An all day service, exceeding 700 covers daily, will ensure that you will have the chance to engage with guests AND that you can build upon your skills. As part of a larger team, there will be scope to further progress your career as you take on more leadership and mentoring of lesser skilled team members.

The “Artist”

Those looking to further refine their waiting skills and master their craft will feel right at home in our Fine Dining restaurant. Sat at the top of Sky Garden, and representing the best of what RHC has to offer, your expertise and attentiveness will allow you to offer more opportunities for rapport building whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards.
