Producer/Production Assistant

We regularly undertake enquiries from clients from all around the globe and work with some of the worlds leading brands such as L’Oreal, Johnson & Johnson and many more. With an increasing demand as our company grows, we are looking for a PRODUCER/PRODUCTION ASSISTANT.

Job description:

· Assist in set preparation for live shows

· Assist in show theme preparation

· Run live show from beginning to end - run through script key points with team, add product show case to shows, run OBS operating software, oversee analytics of show, use different incentive tools to drive sales, debrief team after shows.

· Ensure sets are always left ready for the next day

· Capture analytics data for test and learns

· Assist in content creation for Key Accounts

· Assist with any adhoc projects that the production team are instructed with

· Overseeing sample management

· As a member of the production team within Rex Studio’s, you'll play an important role in the production process, coordinating production activities and operations.

· Provide creative target for all team members on a project, develop and pitch creative concepts to the team in order to proactively fulfil needs for contents.

· Write creative briefs, outlines, scripts, and interview questions.

· Produce comprehensive, accurate and clear production planning & reporting for all content production to be delivered by themselves or others, including budgeting, invoicing, call sheet and release form drafting and more.

· Continually liaising with all members of various productions to ensure the smooth running of the shoots.

· Act as point of contact with production and post production members to organise all technical and facility requirements.

· Ensure that workflows and protocols are adhered to and consistent with production shoots.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required for the Role:

· Significant pre-production & onset experience required.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate internally, externally and at different levels.

· The ability to be focused, prioritise and make the right choice.

· The ability to deal with and handle high intensity work schedule, as well as complex decision-making situations with sensitivity and impartiality.

· Excellent verbal and writing skills.

· Production Studio Experience

· Knowledge of canon and Sony camera systems

· Knowledge of continuous studio lighting

· OBS knowledge preferred but not essential

· Adobe suite knowledge - premiere pro, final cut pro

· Active and engaged user of TikTok and general social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
