Branch Sales Assistant

We are currently looking for a Branch Sales Assistant to join the ADI team in Nottingham! This role is a Monday to Friday position and offers excellent, long term opportunities to develop a career in B2B sales! As Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct support in selling our security products and/or services to new and existing customers. You will be working in a busy, demanding environment where you will be completing orders with good attention to detail and ensuring the sales process delivers a high-quality service to our customers. You will also work with other departments to provide sales support whilst using your knowledge to advise on our products.

JOB DUTIES:

• Drive business growth by closing sales with existing customers
• Deal with multiple tasks - order management, phone queries, stock control
• Understand our products, systems, and procedures
• Engaging with existing customers
• Manage the sales process efficiently
• Provide excellent customer support
• Warehouse duties

YOU MUST HAVE :

• Prior sales/customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team
