We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Lowestoft Way, Redcar, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. This service provides support to people in their own homes and out in the community. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in a supported living services.

You will be working across Redcar supporting people with Learning Disabilities to maintain independence and gain new skills which enables them to live in their own homes. You will be supporting them to plan and prepare meals, keep their home clean and tidy, support with medication if needed, and personal care. Update support plans and risk assessments. Support people out in the community to access a variety of activities.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. Working hours are from 7am till 3pm sleepovers and short calls to people’s homes.

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided

An enhanced adult and child DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
