We are an ambitious and innovative leader within the packaging supply industry and part of a large European group.
We are currently looking for a HR and Payroll Advisor to join our HR Team. This is a true generalist role; responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Social Responsibility Director to develop all foundation areas of the ‘People Agenda’ within the business.
Within the role you will become a trusted advisor to the management team and work across the business do develop the day-to-day People Foundations. Day to day this role acts as a Business Partner to High Volume; High Repeat functions providing proactive and timely support and guidance on all people matters within those areas.

· Payroll monthly collation and input (The process owned by Finance and delivered through a third-party payroll provider)
· Supporting Employee Relations processes
· Developing Employee Engagement through an employee forum
· Recruitment and Selection
· Internal Communication, Well-Being and Social activities
This is a great role for someone to expand their experience in all areas of HR in a fast-paced environment and would someone looking to further their development within the field of HR. Would consider part time (32 - 35 hours across 4/5 days) or full time (40 hours)
The following experience is advantageous but not essential:
· Ideally CIPD qualified (level 3 or 5) or with relevant experience
· Previous experience of working in a fast paced and growing commercial environment
· Good communication skills
· Proactive individual with the ability to manage own varied workload
· Good understanding of Office 365 is advantageous ( SharePoint used as an Intranet)
