The role…

Tariffcom is a leading provider of Business Process Management applications for the telecoms industry.

We're seeking a Junior Full Stack PHP Developer to enhance the capabilities of our range of software tools.

This role is available on a remote working basis, provided you live in the UK.

Your tech stack will be…

PHP, Vue.js, Laravel, Inertia, Tailwind, MySQL, AWS, Docker, Bitbucket, and Jira.

What would your day-to-day look like?

• 
  Reporting to the Software Development Manager, support the build of our new CRM and process orchestration application.
• Provide ongoing support for legacy Laravel & Vue applications & the integration of these applications to the new CRM.
• Support delivery of Customer – led projects, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their requirements and ensure project success.
• Ensure that software development follows best practice and is aligned with the company's overall strategy.

What do we expect of you?

Core Experience:

• 
  PHP programming experience
• Experience with the Laravel Framework
• JavaScript experience, especially with Vue.js or another front-end framework.
• Experience with MySQL, both design and development
• GIT experience (or similar VCS)
• A strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Competencies:

• 
  Experience with AWS (S3, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2)
• Server management experience
• Familiar with the Linux command line
• Docker experience
• Unit testing experience
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs
