We offer a flexible base salary dependent on experience, along with a quarterly commission scheme and we will also provide study support for you to attain a qualification in CICM or AAT.

This is a full-time permanent position with the working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm at our global headquarters in Crewe, CW1 6BD.

What will your day look like as a Debt Recovery Executive?

• 
  Daily contact with debtors via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links and Letter
• Escalation of accounts and issues as required
• Corresponding with insolvency practitioners, solicitors and other outsource partners
• Use all available methods to trace uncontactable debtors
• Overcome debtor objections and resolve queries/disputes
• Negotiate and maintain payment plans
