QStore Retail Assistant

The Opportunity – QStore Retail Assistant

• £10.52 per hour, rising to £10.62 per hour after completing probationary period
• Permanent, Part-time
• Monday to Thursday: 09:00-16:00, 24 hours per week

We are looking for a Qstore Assistant to join our team in Chiswick Park, reporting to our Retail Store Manager. Our Qstore is an onsite retail outlet selling a wide range of product to QVC team members.

Your Impact – What will I do as a QStore Retail Assistant?

• Attend to customer requirements on the sales floor and promoting a high standard of customer service.
• There will be a requirement to support the control of stock held on site.
• There is a lot to get excited about as you will have responsibility for ensuring all stock is priced visibly and well merchandised.
• Collaborate with QStore management to price products, following our pricing policy.
• Ensure the QStore opens on time and during opening hours be accountable for payment transactions and balancing the till at the end of the day.
• There will be the opportunity for you to be involved in seasonal and stock related promotions.

What You Bring

• Ideally, you will have previous experience working with the general public, within a retail environment.
• The ability to project a positive image of QVC, whilst dealing effectively with the customer, good communication skills and flexibility are all main requirements for this role.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about merchandising and can offer a great customer experience to our people whilst providing and maintaining an environment that is safe for all customers.
