Data Analyst

Job description

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for generating new data led software functionality. You will be using your experience in VBA, SQL, and advanced MS Excel, to provide analytical and reporting expertise to the business and our clients.

Data underpins everything we do as a business and in your role you’ll be developing reports and dashboards, liaising with key stakeholders to make data more accessible for our clients, key decision-makers as well as our internal teams. You will be responsible for developing existing reporting capabilities to understand trends and insights to drive business decisions.

Who are Quidos? Quidos operates in the Green industry, specifically in the Building Energy Efficiency space. It’s a very busy time, with huge demand upon our services. We are growing quickly, and as such need to handle the data we produce in a more streamlined and efficient manner.

Remuneration: £25,000

Location: Bath (Hybrid)

The desired candidate will be a highly data orientated, motivated, ambitious and professionally driven with strong analytical skills. You will have a background in, or relevant exposure to, data analysis.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Are a highly advanced user of MS Excel
• Have experience in working with databases and reporting tools
• Have a strong analytical brain
• Have a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and processes
• Have advanced knowledge of SQL
• Are well organised and able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Have a high level of numeracy and analytical capabilities
