Position: Operations Manager | Elderly Nursing Homes
Location: Dorset and Hampshire
Salary: £120,000

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a leading care home provider to recruit an Operations Manager to cover care homes in Dorset and Hampshire.

The Operations Manager we are looking for will have the passion and creativity to enable change and help drive the business forward. They will effectively lead, manage, and motivate their managers to support and develop their teams to deliver a safe and caring home to each and every resident. An Operations Manager who has vision, imagination and determination who can hit the ground running.

The requirements for the Operations Manager:

  • To have a sound level of business acumen, be commercially astute and interpret data.
  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager in multi-site management with extensive knowledge of the private elderly care sector.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as LA/CCG/CQC through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Providing direction and line management to Home Managers.
  • A passion for outstanding care and quality service is essential, along with the desire to strive to achieve excellence in all aspects of the homes environment. With a background in health and social care, you will be an experienced senior manager with a recognised professional qualification and a willingness to develop.
