About the Role

Reporting to the Project Director this role is responsible for:

We are looking for an Install-PLS Administrator to assist in the delivery, management, and support of our parcel locker installs to the agreed budget, timescales, and quality standard. The role requires an enthusiastic individual willing to contribute, learn and support the delivery of our parcel lockers across multiple functions.

This critical role will be a champion of install communication and administration support for our external customers/3rd party service suppliers and internal colleagues, value effective collaboration with key stakeholders and embraces a rapid pace of change.

Coordination of our parcel locker installations throughout the entire supply chain (from hardware order, logistics to install)

• Liaising with our customers, engineers, technical department, and 3rd parties to arrange site surveys

• Ensuring that all projects have appropriate customers documentation, site RAM’s, surveys, technical documents and that any actions are followed up with

• CDIT File management. Tracking/Completion/Distribution/Storage (Added)

• Host Partner communication, Site Approval/Updates/Actions. (Added)

• Follow up on parcel locker shipping and arranging logistics of our parcel lockers installs to site

• Monitoring and tracking of issues and change requests ??

• Invoice management from our 3rd party suppliers

• Arrange regular meetings for all parcel locker installs and record/follow up on agreed actions with all parties

• Monitor and keep record of operating costs, and resources that are added ad-hoc to the install project

• Working with the transformation team to review and improve the administrative systems and processes

• Liaise with our customers from point of contract sign-off, updating works, assisting with client queries and site preparations

• Raise purchase orders for contractors/suppliers via our SAP system

• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel and, where required, seek input from the Deployment Director for additional resources

• Carry out general administration tasks as required by the PLS deployment team.

• Create new Devices: Folders; Stickers

• Site Survey posting

• Daily log cleanse

• Update third party Smartsheet’s

• Machine creation inside the system PMD

• Move device to correct site

• Sim Card management and assignment

• Plinth and Electric booking

• Manage the delivery from customization centre to the customer.

• Capture Installation dates from 3 party suppliers

About You

• A logical approach to planning and monitoring task progress

• At least 2 years’ experience of working in a scheduling environment

• Excellent planning and organisational skills

• Strong analytical abilities with an eye for themes and trends from data sets

• Ability to challenge and debate with strong interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing large install base of devices

• Recognised Administration qualification

• Communicative and open to dialog

• Strong aptitude to work collaborative and networking mode

• Organized and independent

• Rigorous and precise
