Post Completions Assistant - Oxfordshire.
An opportunity has come up for a post completions assistant to join a firm in the Henley-on-Thames area of Oxfordshire.
Experience of working within post completions teams in your current or previous roles.
Duties in this role may include:-
- SDLT returns
- Registrations with the Land Registry
- Dealing with requisitions raised by the Land Registry
- Closing and archiving files
- Dealing with residual balances
Excellent progression prospects are envisaged within a team who take pride in their approach to staff development and support.
The salary for this role will be based on experience but will be highly competitive and will form part of an excellent overall package within a firm that truly looks after their people.
