About the Position:

Support the Director of Pathway Recruitment, in the recruitment of students to our English and Online Programmes.
Responsible for all outbound calls for the English and Online Programmes.
Convert leads generated by our University partners.
Responsible for reporting on weekly forecasts and predictions on student enrolments
Uphold the high levels of customer and client service.
Contribute to the wider business through sharing of best practice with the wider sales community and supporting or driving business development opportunities.

About You:

Self-Starter, quick to take the initiative and spot new opportunities
Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
Ability to operate at all levels of the organisation acting as an ambassador for the International Office and University internally and externally.
Track record of success in sales & Service environment
Understanding of the student journey and experience of going through the process as an International student (Preferable)
