About Us

Summary
We are looking for a new addition to our support team, specifically in a helpdesk and project support role. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong technical interest and a can-do attitude, who is eager to expand their knowledge in the field of VoIP and grow alongside our dedicated team. We are offering this as a hybrid working role, subject to probation.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer support tickets, addressing 1st / 2nd line support issues.
- Managing customer telephone calls and email correspondence.
- Assisting with hosted telephony and VoIP projects.
- Maintaining and updating documentation.
- Collaborating with suppliers.
Experience Required
- At least one previous position in a technical role of some kind.
- Practical experience with laptops, desktops and peripherals.
- Some client/customer facing experience.
- IT literacy and a keen interest in all things technical.
Experience Preferred
- Previous employment in an IT support or telecoms environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
- Basic understanding of Linux.
- Experience with Swyx, 3CX, Gamma Horizon, Yeastar, 8x8, Asterisk.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks, routers, firewalls, and related components.

Working Week
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hpw) Note: This role can require occasional work outside of normal office hours, both in the evening and at weekends.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
