Staff Wellbeing Practitioner

£29,508 - £40,437


Shaw Trust are seeking to recruit a Staff Wellbeing Practitioner to work within the existing Health and Wellbeing team, with a particular focus on employee wellbeing. These roles will primarily focus on supporting employees across the various teams/services to ensure they are supported to undertake the duties of their role and that they are looking after their own mental health and wellbeing


Essential:

You will have:

  • Recognised Clinical practitioner qualification with professional membership (i.e Mental Health Nurse, Psychologist, Counsellor/Therapist etc.)
  • Knowledge related to health and wellbeing and behaviour change theory and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others to initiate behaviour change to a variety of individuals with a range of communication levels
  • An understanding of Occupational Health and Wellbeing
  • Ability to work under pressure

Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm
