Web Software Developer

Property Webmasters require a new PHP Web Developer to join their team. You will be expected to work as part of a team on major projects; you will be given the opportunity to express your skills whilst working closely with our in-house creative team.

You’ll have solid experience in building commercial sites and an enthusiasm and an aptitude for learning more. You will be taking shared responsibility for the front and backend development of all new and existing online projects.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis;

• Expert knowledge with Laravel and PHP
• Proficient with MySQL, git and deployment tools
• Have a solid understanding of modern Javascript frameworks (Vue or React)
• Strong HTML5, SCSS and CSS knowledge
• Knowledge of working with API’s
• Experience with various online aggregate feeds.

You’ll be strongly proficient in:

• HTML5 and CSS
• PHP
• Laravel
• MySQL database design + creation
• JavaScript / jQuery
• W3C & WAI standards
• XML / API
• Experience with various online aggregate feeds.

Desirable abilities;

• Being creatively minded
• Knowing your way around the usual Adobe creative packages
• Server Maintenance / Security
• Internal Server Networking
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation

Salary and Package

Salary is competitive dependent on experience and will be improved based on your performance. You will be given the license to be creative, to express your views and to be a fundamental cog in the development of our business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
