Trainee Solicitor

Do you want to spend the next XX years working as a small cog in a big firm, or do you dream of running your own division, or even your own family law firm?

We are currently looking for a recent legal graduate to join the team, with a view to becoming a fully qualified solicitor initially, then moving to directorship, and then partner in time, as you build up your division within the practice.

We currently have a vacancy within our Probate and wills division, and are looking for the right candidate who wants to build up their own client files in these areas!

Your main role will be to manage all aspects of building your own client base, with help from our senior partner and marketing team, within a family firm. You will be expected to network locally to help source clients, and to develop strong ties within the local community, whilst providing appropriate advice and assistance in accordance with professional standards and internal quality requirements.

You will work directly under the supervision of the company owner, and will train up to be a fully qualified solicitor.
