Copywriter

Summary of Responsibilities

• Research and describe the unique film memorabilia items brought in daily for auction and buy now listings.
• Maintain a high and consistent creative quality in-line with the brand style guide.
• Manage and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment to meet fixed deadlines.
• Interact with other key staff and stakeholders professionally.
• Follow company procedures and processes relating to inventory management.
• Accurately track project progress on different platforms.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding workload and team processes.
• Edit and proofread your work and that of others.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with our clients regarding their items.
• Deal with a small number of customer calls and emails in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain communication with the Los Angeles copywriting team regularly to ensure continuity globally.

Required Skills

• Excellent fluent spoken and written English (IELTS level 9 / CEFR level C2 or equivalent - fully operational command of the language. Use of English is appropriate, accurate and fluent, and shows complete understanding.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Writing experience is essential.
