Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse is essential

• Assessing and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
• Ensuring compliance with ask relevant regulations and standards

Pro Assist Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Assistant to provide care and support to residents in their homes in the Cheshire area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a health care setting and will hold a Care Certificate. An NVQ Health and Social Care Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
