Located in Llantrisant, Caerlan is a bespoke specialist service for people who are aged from 18 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. We can also accommodate people who are 17 and are going through transition from children’s services.

This residential service is situated in an ideal location close to the town centre and within walking distance of local amenities. It’s close to bus routes, train stations and motorways to Welsh cities such as Cardiff, Swansea and Newport.

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers at Princes Street, part of Priory Adult Care.

As a Senior Support Worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital; experience however is not essential, providing you have a willingness to learn and the compassion and patience needed to support.
