We are looking for a dependable and ambitious therapist to join the team at Primas Medispa.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high quality treatments to clients. The main areas of responsibilities are:

● Providing excellent quality treatments to clients and offering consultations

● Upselling products and treatments

● Supporting reception when necessary

● Checking all forms are signed by the client and filling up the necessary documents,,etc

● Keeping up to date with latest treatments and machines by completing online and practical training

● Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene with machines and in treatment rooms

● Attending staff meetings ( personal or online )

● Collaborating and producing ideas to help the company grow

● Being productive at all times ( especially during free time )

● Excellent personal presentation

Essential Skills:

● NVQ Level 4 Beauty Therapy with at least 1 years experience in the industry
● Communication skills are essential, with fluent English, both written and spoken. Being clear, concise and diplomatic with all our clients and staff.
● Sales experience and ability to upsell products and related treatments
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Punctuality is critical.
● Able to work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have:
● Technically adept, with experience in office software (word, excel etc) and common web applications
● Any social media experience

● Consultation training

● Advanced aesthetic experience

● Proactive, highly organised and process driven
● Ability to work in a team, but complete work diligently without supervision.

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
