Laundry/Housekeeping Assistant (Temp 6-months)

A rare opportunity to join the Housekeeping/Laundry team on a 6 month temporary basis for our care homes on the Prestwood estate. Working 30 hours per week. Shift times are 8am-1pm or 9am-3pm, alternate weekends off. Repeating two week rota for easy planning of home life and commitments.

Day to day housekeeping duties include general cleaning, dusting, polishing and vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms and toilets. From time to time some laundry duties may be included. All training relating to the role would be provided. We need someone who is reliable and who will thrive working alongside other people providing a high standard of service.

We're situated in Prestwood, not far from Stourbridge, Kingswinford and surrounding areas. Were easily accessible by main road but were not on a bus route, so an alternative means of transport is normally required.

The job is subject to an enhanced DBS Check (Currently £54) the cost of which will be met by the applicant.
