Health Care Assistants (or HCA’s as they often referred to) at Practice Plus Group come from all walks of life. About You

Having already achieved your NVQ level 2, there will be plenty of further learning opportunities including internal and external training modules. It would be an advantage if you have worked in acute healthcare environment. More important though is your flexibility, your knowledge of infection control, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
