Trainee Scaffolder – Scaffolding

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Scaffolder to join the Powertherm team.

We feel that this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn the skills and develop a career as a fully qualified scaffolder. The candidate will work under the supervision of our trained scaffolders and will assist the scaffolding team to meet the client requirements.

A typical day in your role as Trainee Scaffolder will involve:

· Preparing the materials needed and loading out

· Assisting with the erecting, modifying, and dismantling of scaffolding

· Take direction from the site supervisor to ensure high quality of work is achieved

· Adhering to risk assessments and statements

We are looking for someone who:

· Good organisational skills

· Good communication skills

· Some knowledge of health and safety controls

· Ability to work as a team and independently

It would be desirable if you have the following:

· CCNSG Safety Passport

· Experience on construction sites

The role is a full-time role and is based at various locations, including overtime working and some travel therefore it is preferable that the required candidate hold a full UK driving licence. The company will invest in the successful candidates training.
