We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Trading team based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall. As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will report into the FMCG Supply Chain Manager and Analysts and you will support the team by helping to achieve business objectives and targets set for stock, availability and sales

As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will work closely with the Commercial team, Suppliers, as well as our Visual Merchandising, Central Supply Chain and Distribution teams to order and manage stock efficiently to maximise potential sales

This role will provide flexible working between our Customer Support Centre in Walsall and remote working.

What you'll need...

• Previous experience within Supply Chain
• Retail experience would be ideal
• Good MS Excel skills
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent relatiionship building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

What you'll be doing...

• Helping to identify and review long-stocks/non range for review with buying to ensure minimal stock levels
• Helping to identify and resolve issues to maximise order fulfilment
• Supporting the delivery of range activity in line with seasonal and promotional launches
• Helping to identify opportunities to drive additional sales
• Best before end date management
• Supporting the forecast inbound pallet volumes
• Attending supplier meetings to discuss performance and reporting
