Position Overview & Specifications
AASP Are looking for friendly, hard working and professional individuals to join our team. We are a Peterborough based company seeking a full time telephone / pc operator / controller / administrator . The role will involve dealing with members of the public and assisting them with their vehicle breakdowns. As well as motor vehicles, we assist members who have broken down with their Cars/ Vans HGVs. For this role the individual will need to be caring and compassionate and to understand the customers needs. Full training will be provided. The times you start and finish your shift will stay the same and will include working the weekend . The hours of work will be between the hours of 7pm and 7am ,. 4days on 4 days off
This job role requires, but is not limited to, the following essential criteria:
- Providing our members with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
- Complete tasks set by supervisors and other levels of management.
- Good attendance and a caring attitude is essential.
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Will be confident and competent using IT systems and telephone systems.
- Maintaining high call quality that meets the required standard for this role. Calls are monitored and graded monthly and a call quality score will be generated each month.
