Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Concierge to join our team based at an iconic media building in White City that has been converted into a luxury residence.

If you are looking for the perfect place where your upbeat and positive personality would be welcome, consider becoming part of our concierge team! This position is perfect if you enjoy giving a warm greeting and jump at the chance to help people at a moment’s notice.

An ability to multitask and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our residents’ expectations is imperative. Our concierge team also: ensure that all parcels are logged in the system; help out during residents’ events; and make sure any requests are followed through to completion in a timely manner.

Salary: £29,000
Hours: 48 hours per week, 12 hour shifts between 10am-10pm on a 4 days on 4 days off rotational pattern.

The perfect candidate will be energetic and positive, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on excellent customer service.

Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service as a concierge within either a high-end hotel or residential environment.
