Chef

Play Factore, the UK's largest premier family entertainment centre are looking to expand it's team and thus, we are looking for an experienced and talented chef!

We offer sociable hours (i.e., no late-night shifts), working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends, (up to 40 hours per week).

What we're looking for:

• Must be able to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Be comfortable in an open kitchen environment.
• Should be able to work well with a team, as well as be responsible for own station.
• Follow EHO and HACCP regulations
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Someone that is friendly, hardworking, pro-active and able to use initiative

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Must have at least level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent.
• Some experience with hand stretching/opening a pizza base is valuable.
• Experience working in a stone bake oven and operating a dough machine is preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidate
• Good communication skills are essential as we are a small family run team.
