If you’re someone who loves having flexibility and autonomy over their own work then this role certainly ticks that box.

Since COVID my client has decided to operate on a fully flexible structure – where you can work from home or in the office as many days as you please. Over the course of the month, you will be expected to come into the office at least 5 days a month (just to see the team) – but it doesn’t matter when you come in. So, if you have a busy week and prefer to crack on in the comfort of your own home then that’s completely fine.

Unlike other businesses where you’re required to come into the office a minimum of two days a week, this company is really flexible – as long as the work is done, they are not bothered where you do it! Having visited the office myself, I can vouch and say they are absolutely beautiful – with sleek modern furnishings and some great facilities including on-site showers, 24/7 security, breakout rooms and a fully functioning kitchen.

You will be working in a team of 3 and reporting into the Credit Control Manager, my client is looking for a Credit Controller with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and proof of longevity with a business. The staff retention for this business is excellent and that is mainly due to the flexibility this business can offer, so they are looking for someone who wants a long term position where they can invest in you.

You will be working on an exciting ledger with various multi-national clients. This isn’t a role where you will be phone bashing all day, you will be building a relationship with key clients and negotiating different payment plans. This is ideal if you love picking up the phone and maintaining relationships, my client prides themselves on having excellent customer relations so it’s important you share the same work ethic.
