Lettings Officer

Can you deliver great customer service?

We aim to provide a great customer journey to help our customers through the process of finding a new home with Platform. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Officer to join our busy Lettings team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What could you be doing?

In this role you will provide an efficient void and lettings property service ensuring that vacant homes are let without delay.

You will assess the housing applicants’ circumstances and suitability through the tenancy assessment process and provide an excellent customer experience from the beginning of their relationship with Platform.

Some things we need from you:

You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to resolve issues positively and objectively. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of the wider lettings team to achieve business objectives and meet KPI targets and deadlines.

You will have experience of working closely with customers in a result driven environment and enjoy working towards performance indicators.

A customer focussed, positive mindset is a must along with strong organisational skills to thrive in this busy team.

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
