We are going through a period of growth, so this is an exciting time for the business & our people. You could be a part of this exciting future at Pitreavie Group. We have an opportunity for an Experienced Forklift Operative to join the team at our Deerdykes Warehouse.
Our warehouse provides both freestanding and racked storage services which support our production operation.
The Role is full time 37.5 hours a week on a permanent contract, working Monday-Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods efficiently and effectively
- Understanding of Health and Safety rules and regulations in the workplace
- Daily equipment safety checks
- Check consignments against documentation for description, quality, and condition
- Report discrepancies, including shortages and damages against documentation
- Locate, store and stack goods as per customer requirements
- Order, pick and collate goods from location
- Ensure all documentation is completed and processed correctly
- Perform other warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Working as part of the team from order confirmation through to dispatch
About you:
- Counterbalance Ticket and Experience is essential
- Flexi-Truck Ticket and Experience beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well with others
