Due to an exciting period of significant growth we are looking to expand our team here at our Morpeth site.

Joining our team as a Packaging Process Operator, you will be a strong team player with the ability to flex to demand. Working alongside your Cell team your key responsibilities will include:

• All aspects of operating a high-speed blister line, including changeovers and set ups
• Documentation completion and relevant SAP transactions
• Following cleaning procedures and in-process quality control activities associated with packaging operations
• Maintaining high quality standards, in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements within GMP and Safety guidelines
• Cleaning down of the packaging lines in accordance with established procedures
• Trouble shooting and report problems, in order to keep downtime to a minimum
• Utilising improvement techniques to support a continuous improvement culture in order to drive performance improvement

· Working to the highest safety standards, and actively monitoring the plant whilst working. Identify and escalating any safety abnormalities or directly to team leader, taking prompt and correct action to mitigate any risk.

To be successful in this role, you will be driven and proactive in your approach. You will showcase your ability learn and adapt to new ways of working. Whilst experience of operating in a cGMP environment in the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable, full training will be given.

Please note this role will be working varying shift patterns.
