An opportunity has arisen for both a Part-Time and a Full-Time Host/Hostess at Pins Social Club in central Liverpool. This drinks-led venue is split over three floors with a capacity of more than 1000!

What does a Host do at PINS Social Club?

• Welcomes all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Seats guests and manage the daily bookings.
• Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensures the need of waiting guests are met.
• Monitors gaming and restaurant activity.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provides all round great customer service to ensure guests have an enjoyable journey from start to finish.
