We’re looking to welcome a friendly new person into our close-knit staff team. This is a full-time permeant position working five full days a week on Tuesday to Saturday.

We’re an upbeat team that cares about each other and like to bring a sense of joy into our working day.

Our customers really are important to us, we genuinely take pride in looking after them. We put a huge amount of effort into finding the best quality vape products on the market and regularly update our knowledge so we’re able to give really sound advice.

We’re looking for someone who either loves vaping or who can understand its benefits and who are happy to develop a deep knowledge of the products.

We require someone who has customer service experience and can offer comprehensive training in retail.

We’re looking for someone who likes to be focused and work hard when it’s busy, and who likes a have a chat when it’s quieter and were doing the usual filling up stock and cleaning duties. This job is for the type of person who can get on with their work without the need for lots of reminders and who pitches in when they see jobs that need doing.

Must be okay with dogs as we have two well behaved shop dogs.

The position

• A Sales Assistant helping our customers choose the right products to suit their needs
• Working hours; Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week.
• Hours are 10am to 6pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer service and retail sales to a high standard
• Demonstrating vaping products to customers
• Fulfilling online & phone orders
• Using till system and cash handling, stock replenishment and display.
• Keeping store clean and tidy
• Actively updating your product knowledge
• Maintain your professional appearance
• You will be flexible and able to work in other departments as required

Experience and Skills

• Excellent customer service skills, till experience preferred
• Shows initiative, has the skills to engage our customers

Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Salary - per hour - paid monthly

£10.42 (for age 22+)

£10.18 (age 18-21)
