Trainee Estate Agent, Lettings Agency - Swansea

Overview:

You will be responsible for generating viewings, valuations, financial services and home conveyancing referrals.
Your main duties will include liaising face-to-face or over the phone on the letting or renting of a property, you will match clients' needs to properties, accompany viewings and negotiate offers between tenant and landlord. You will also qualify applicants and make the appropriate appointments.

Requirements:

This is a varied role and therefore a flexible and confident approach is desired. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, active listening skills are essential to overcome objections and close a let. It is crucial that you are able to organise and manage your time effectively to ensure that you maximise your potential within the role.
Full UK driving licence and use of your own car is essential for this role
