HR Assistant

Part-time HR (Human Resources) Assistant required for my Edinburgh based client. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your HR experience in a role that will not only offer you a strong salary and benefit package but an interesting and varied position. My client is offering a 3 day per week hybrid working model, with flexible working hours.

If you have experience as either and HR Administrator or HR Assist, then this could be a wonderful opportunity for you.

What will your day to day look like?

You will answer general HR enquires
You will manage the on-boarding processes
You will assist in the updating of HR policies
You will assist with Employee Relation investigations
You will conduce exit interviews
You will support the recruitment process
You will issue changes to contract letters
You will lead on absence reporting

What experience do you need?

CIPD is preferred but not essential
Proficient in MS Office (including Excel)
Effective communication and organisational skills
