Bank Support Workers (London)

What we’re looking for:

Peabody is looking for passionate and dedicated support staff to join our flexible bank staff for mental health services, young people and hostels (zero hours contract) across various services in London.

Experience in the following client groups is preferred (whether this is experience in your personal or professional life):

• Mental Health
• Complex Needs

Our staff should be reliable, flexible, motivational and have excellent values. They should be able to demonstrate that they are committed to providing outstanding support services and will be required to provide high-quality support to customers who may have a history of mental illness.

Experience of completing support plans, risk assessments and providing person-centred keywork support using a collaborative and empathetic approach is desirable.

A clear understanding of Safeguarding is essential. Training and support provided.

Typical shift patterns are 8am - 3pm, 11am - 7pm, 3pm - 11pm, Sleep ins - 11pm - 8am

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check.
