We’d love to hear from you if you are passionate about Resourcing and have experience in the energy industry, though if you have out of industry experience we’d still love to hear from you.

In this role you would be responsible for sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates for our offshore and onshore construction trades division. The role will be a key team member that supports the delivery of contract labour to our client assets in UK & Europe. The role is fast paced, supporting our construction department mobilise resources at pace, efficiently and compliantly.

About You

We’d like you to demonstrate your experience in in-house or agency recruitment in a variety of jobs (trades would be particularly beneficial), be a pro-active networker and exceptional communicator. You will work closely with our Construction Managers, Logistics Team and our pipeline of candidates.
