Food & Beverage Kitchen Assistants

** Applicants must but be at least 16 years old and have officially left school **

Come and join the Food & Beverage team helping out in the kitchen areas of our various outlets and restaurant!

You will be working in several different themed restaurants and fast-food kiosks around the park, so no two days will be the same. The majority of your time will be spent back of house helping with food preparation and other important jobs ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen areas with the possibility of helping front of house on occasions serving and using till systems. (Please be assured that full training will be provided.)

The key qualities we are looking for include good awareness of food hygiene, a willingness to learn, safety consciousness and having the stamina to be ‘on your feet’, along with having a positive attitude.

Hours of work

This is a seasonal position that includes weekends, school and bank holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance and vary dependent on the time of year. Start times are generally 09:00/ 09:30 with variable shift times. Flexibility is required in order to meet the peak and off-peak demands of the business.
