We are looking for a Housekeeping Trainer:

• Who will guide new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping.

• Who will monitor and evaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated on the correct and agreed-on company practices and procedures.

• Who will ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings

• Who will empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience

• Who will listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them

• Who has a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
