You will be responsible for ensuring customers enjoy their time in the restaurant and that they receive the best service, which is delivered in an upbeat and professional manner.

You:

• A Customer service champion
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs and a range of menus
• Flexible in your attitude to work
• Good understanding of food and wine parings
• Enjoy a fast-paced service environment

Duties:

• Welcoming customers to the restaurant
• Providing a high standard of service
• Serving an array of food types
• Be fully conversant in our extensive menu selection and have the ability to recommend wines and dishes for customers
• Section waiting, being responsible for your tables and their needs.
• Running a busy food pass
• Bill preparation and cash handling
• Working as part of a cohesive LKB team
• Running room service orders in a timely manner

Hours of Work:
35 - 40 hours a week working 5 out of 7 days.

Previous related work experience is essential.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
