Our Lady’s is a co-educational 3 months-11 years Independent School and Nursery in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

The Nursery is actively recruiting a Nursery Nurse/Assistant to be part of our wonderful team!

We have a reputation for providing outstanding care, with a dedicated focus upon individual and personal wellbeing and a family environment and ethos. We have an enviable status in the local community and are in a period of time of exciting growth and development. We have recently appointed a Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager. Many exciting new changes have been implemented – all in the best interests of the children in our care. The Nursery is highly ambitious and wishes to be considered the leading choice for provision in the area. Our ethos is unique and founded on outstanding pastoral care.

We are looking for a qualified or unqualified Nursery Assistant who is dynamic, shows initiative and loves working with children. Our Lady’s Nursery is an outstanding setting and the successful candidate will be fully supportive of our ethos. The Senior Leaders in the Nursery will look to the successful candidates to provide the best levels of care and support to all children. They will report directly to the Room Leaders and will ensure that pupil welfare is given highest priority.

Whilst working with the children, the appointee will be ambassadors for the Nursery. Our links to the Preparatory School are also being developed which provides another element of support rarely found in Nursery settings. We are in an exciting period of change and we now need to drive forward to achieve our goals. We offer excellent levels of staff support - including our own ‘Health Assured Wellness Plan’.

Our Lady’s Prep School and Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and this is reflected in its recruitment procedures. Successful candidates for posts are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Salary: From £18k-£24k (pro rata to the hours above and dependent on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-45 per week

Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
