Production Supervisor

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Production Supervisor on the outskirts of Woodbridge.

This is a varied and technical role where you will be efficiently leading the production team. Experience managing a team in a similar environment is essential. Previous successful candidates have come from an engineering background.

Your main duties as the new Production Supervisor will be:

• Ensuring production schedules are adhered to effectively
• Monitor and report on the team KPIs ensuring targets are achieved
• Training and developing the team
• Responsible for all production data being entered onto the company's systems accurately
• Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
• Monitor the stock and inventory and report on this

You will have/be:

• Sound knowledge of production machinery or similar continuous process
• Proven track record in developing and mentoring others
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Team player who is able to work collaboratively across different departments to achieve business goals
• Own transport is necessary due to the location
