Position Overview & Specifications

OPOP Media is a digital agency based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, offering a wide range of services to businesses in both Manchester and across the United Kingdom, including marketing, advertising, and website development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute complex Facebook ad campaigns that generate leads, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to improve performance, including adjusting targeting, bids, creative, and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement advanced tracking and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Work with creative team to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overal marketing objectives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for all Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to Facebook's ad platform, ad policies, and other relevant updates.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Facebook ads management, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of running successful Facebook ad campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with advanced tracking and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook's ad platform, ad policies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, computer science, or a related field.
