The role will require regular travel around the allocated patch.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Spearhead and motivate an engineering team that is passionate about delivering in a quality, efficient and safe manner.
  • Adopt a ‘work safe home safe’ environment.
  • Execute and deliver on all end-to-end customer outcomes and programmes.
  • Engage with your team to agree on goals and set challenging operational targets that underpin the wider business goals.
  • Accountable for the P&L, CAPEX bottom line profitability and delivery across the patch.

You'll need to have the following skills & experience

  • Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate a large operational team (40+)
  • Results driven-a proven track recorded or leading operation teams whilst balancing quality, quantity and behavioural change
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and projects that align with your overall goals and objectives.
  • Encourage collaboration and teamwork to align everyone towards a common goal and provides a framework for drawing conclusions.
