We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our Group HR Services team at a pivotal time as we have expanded our service over the last couple of years, making great strides towards providing a comprehensive, progressive HR function to the Group. The person who joins us will help us to continue developing and evolving in the areas of staff wellbeing and development.
Working alongside Group colleagues, the postholder will be responsible for developing and implementing a workplace wellbeing strategy that incorporates initiatives and activities that make each of the Group Colleges a great place to work, alongside delivering Group Continuous Professional Development and Learning Programmes to all members of the leadership teams and support staff.
The successful candidate should have sound experience of developing and implementing staff development programmes, together with demonstrable knowledge of workplace wellbeing theory and common models. A working knowledge of organisational psychology or change management principles would be advantageous.
Our Group is currently comprised of One Sixth Form College, Abbeygate Sixth Form College, West Suffolk College and University Studies at West Suffolk College. This role will predominantly be home-based, with the need to travel to our colleges as required.
